Our booking system is integrated with the Stripe payment platform. When making a reservation via our Hotelogix booking system, guests are instructed to pay securely using a credit or debit card, either directly within the booking process or via redirection to a secure Stripe-hosted payment page.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to full card details.
This policy explains how refunds are handled for accommodation services booked through our website.
Refund requests are managed by us as the merchant. While Stripe facilitates payment processing and may, in certain circumstances, process a refund in accordance with applicable laws, all refund decisions are governed by our cancellation and postponement terms.
Guests are required to refer to our Standard Cancellation & Postponement Policy, available on our Terms & Conditions page, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and applicable fees for cancellations, postponements, and refunds.
Accommodation services are exempt from EU consumer “cooling-off” rights when booked for specific dates, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Every effort is made to ensure that the apartment reserved is available as confirmed. However, management reserves the right to allocate an alternative apartment of the same category should operational circumstances require it.
The services provided consist of accommodation and related hospitality services delivered on the dates confirmed in the reservation.
Upon receipt of a booking confirmation, the reserved services will be performed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The nature of the accommodation services and the confirmed reservation dates determine the timing of service delivery.
The services are deemed to be successfully delivered upon performance of the accommodation services during the confirmed stay period.
Where a refund is approved in accordance with our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or card issuer.
