    By Air

Flights to Kefalonia are accessible from Athens Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos,” with additional charter flights operating from across Europe during the summer season.

    By Car & Boat

    If you’re planning to travel to Kefalonia by car, there are 3 options available:

    1. 1. Drive from Athens to Patras, which takes about 2.5 hours. From there, you can catch a ferry to Sami Port.
    2. Drive from Athens to Kyllini, which takes about 3.5 hours. Ferries from Kyllini go to Poros Kefalonia.
    3. If you’re coming from northern Greece, take Egnatia Odos towards Igoumenitsa. Then, head southwards and catch a ferry from Astakos to Sami Port.
